GANAS DE LIDERAR

• Impulsar las grandes infraestructuras necesarias para fomentar la economía de la ciudad, como:
  • el Canal de Acceso,
  • el Túnel Pasante,
  • la Estación Central,
  • la ampliación norte del Puerto de Valencia, y
  • el soterramiento de las vías de Serrería.
• Potenciar la Marina de Valencia como un auténtico referente de la innovación española y europea.

 

URBANISMO

• Reurbanizaremos el entorno de la Marina.

 

VALENCIA SOCIAL

• Aumentaremos la oferta de actividades náuticas en la Marina.

 

DEPORTE Y HÁBITOS SALUDABLES

• Aumentaremos la oferta de actividades náuticas en la Marina.

 

GRANDES INFRAESTRUCTURAS

Los valencianos vemos como otras infraestructuras igualmente fundamentales para el desarrollo de nuestra ciudad, como son:

• el Corredor Mediterráneo; o

• la ampliación norte del Puerto de Valencia, distan desgraciadamente de ser una realidad, a pesar de todo el tiempo transcurrido.

Sin olvidar:

• nuestro transporte metropolitano, que sigue sin contar con una financiación adecuada en los Presupuestos Generales del Estado, o
• nuestros museos y auditorios, algunos de ellos de primer nivel internacional, y que tampoco reciben las mismas ayudas por parte del Estado que otros de su misma categoría, por encontrarse ubicados en la ciudad de Valencia.

 

AMPLIACIÓN NORTE DEL PUERTO DE VALENCIA

Instaremos al Gobierno de España a agilizar todos los trámites preceptivos para el inicio de las obras de la ampliación norte del Puerto de Valencia, garantizando:

• el cumplimiento de la normativa medioambiental, y
• la proyección futura de esta infraestructura a nivel nacional e internacional.

LIQUIDACIÓN DEL CONSORCIO VALENCIA 2007

Trabajaremos para alcanzar una solución consensuada con la Generalitat y con el Gobierno de España para superar la actual interinidad de la Marina, manteniendo:

• nuestra posición de liderazgo, y
• nuestra capacidad de decisión sobre este espacio estratégico para la ciudad.

VALENCIA, HUB TECNOLÓGICO E INNOVADOR DEL MEDITERRÁNEO

• Desarrollaremos el Distrito innovador de La Marina, convirtiéndolo en un referente internacional que impulsará la retención y atracción, de talento e inversión en nuestra ciudad, facilitando al mismo tiempo el posicionamiento y exportación de las soluciones de empresas valencianas.
• Pondremos en marcha de forma inmediata una solución jurídica para La Marina con el objeto de que el ayuntamiento mantenga una posición de liderazgo, sin perder capacidad de decisión sobre un enclave estratégico para la ciudad. Para ello, apostamos por:
  • Una entidad Ayuntamiento - Generalitat - Autoridad Portuaria para gestionar la Marina, en la cual el Ayuntamiento de Valencia tenga la Dirección estratégica y la coordinación ejecutiva de la nueva entidad.
  • Paralizar la cesión del edificio del Alinghi a Labora. La antigua base del Alinghi tiene que ser para proyectos productivos, como la Marina de Empresas o cualquier otro proyecto innovador.
  • En caso de adjudicarse los Docks para almacén de datos, revertir esta decisión para que este edificio esté destinado al ecosistema innovador y abierto a la ciudadanía.

 

IMPULSAR LA DIVERSIFICACIÓN DE LA OFERTA TURÍSTICA

• Promocionaremos nuestro Puerto como destino del turismo de cruceros, afianzando nuestra posición geo-estratégica en el Mediterráneo.

• Estudiaremos una solución definitiva para la zona de atraque de cruceros, mejorando las vías de acceso a la ciudad, mejorando la conexión de la Marina, con el objetivo de hacerla más accesible, cómoda y directa.

• Pondremos en valor el potencial turístico de la Marina, como mayor puerto urbano y deportivo de España y destino náutico de primer nivel, con el mejor campo de regatas del Mediterráneo.

MAJOR INFRASTRUCTURES

 

We, Valencians, see how other equally fundamental infrastructures for the development of our city, such as:

• the Mediterranean Corridor, or

• the northern expansion of the Port of Valencia, unfortunately, remains far from becoming a reality despite the time that has passed.

Not to mention:

• our metropolitan transportation, which still lacks adequate funding in the General State Budget, or

• our museums and auditoriums, some of which are of international importance and do not receive the same support from the State as others in their same category, simply because they are located in Valencia.

 

NORTHERN EXPANSION OF THE PORT OF VALENCIA

 

We will urge the Government of Spain to expedite all necessary procedures for the start of construction of the northern expansion of the Port of Valencia, ensuring compliance with the following:

• environmental regulations, and
• the future projection of this infrastructure at the national and international levels.

 

DISSOLUTION OF VALENCIA 2007 CONSORTIUM

 

We will work towards reaching a consensus with the Generalitat and the Government of Spain to overcome the current interim situation of the Marina, maintaining:

• our leadership position; and
• our decision-making capacity over this strategic space for the city.

 

VALENCIA, THE TECHNOLOGICAL AND INNOVATIVE HUB OF THE MEDITERRANEAN

 

• We will develop the innovative district of La Marina, turning it into an international benchmark that will promote talent retention and attraction, as well as investment in our city, while facilitating the positioning and export of solutions from Valencian companies.
• We will immediately implement a legal solution for La Marina for the municipality to maintain a leadership position without losing decision-making capacity over a strategic enclave for the city. To achieve this, we propose:
  • An entity composed of the City Council, the Generalitat, and the Port Authority to manage the Marina, with the City Council of Valencia having strategic direction and executive coordination of the new entity.
  • Halt the transfer of the Alinghi building to Labora. The former Alinghi base should be used for productive projects like the Marina de Empresas or any other innovative project.
  • If the Docks are awarded for data storage, reverse this decision so that the building is dedicated to the innovative ecosystem and open to the public.

 

DRIVE TOURISM OFFERING DIVERSIFICATION

• We will promote our Port as a destination for cruise tourism, solidifying our geostrategic position in the Mediterranean.

• We will explore a definitive solution for the cruise docking area, improving access routes to the city and enhancing the connection to the Marina to make it more accessible, comfortable, and direct.

• Furthermore, we will highlight the tourism potential of the Marina as Spain's most significant urban and sports port and a premier nautical destination, boasting the best regatta field in the Mediterranean.
